	Dashboard on my 2004 acura tl is cracking around the airbags, feel very unsafe about it being deployed. acura has mentioned on the phone it is not their problem. however after reading various other owners complain about the same issue this is not a one thing, this is a defected automobile and i will not have my children or my wife or anyone that rides with me in that car sit in the front seat.

	2004 acura tl has cracked dashboard. crack first appeared after dealer serviced vehicle for speaker sound distortion. crack spread from center dash speaker to above instrument panel behind steering wheel.

	A few months ago i noticed a small crack on the dash of my 2004 acura. that small crack has progressed to a large one and joined by two others. the crackes are on the passenger side directly over the airbag. this makes me concerned that the airbag may not operate properly if needed. it also makes me wonder if the crack was not caused due to a defect from the airbag. the vehicle is garage kept and is shaded when exposed to the weather. there is no other reason for the crack other than a defect in the product (airbag or dash). i would hate to get in an accident only to find out that the protection i paid for did not work.
