| Tl- the contact owns a 2009 acura mdx. the contact stated the rear hatch has an automatic closing mechanism. the contact stated there is supposed to have a sensor to keep the door from closing on someone. the contact stated the hatch door closed and locked their fingers in the door. the contact stated both of their hands were caught in the door. the contact feels this is a safety issue because they were trying to stop the door from closing when it shut and locked on their fingers. the vehicle had not been inspected. the failure mileage and current mileages were 26,000.rl | |||

| Acura mdx 2009 happened two times within 3 weeks. while driving car lost all electric, entire dashboard went dead, no headlights, no door/trunk locks, no navigation, no dvd, no radio, car stalled and couldn't be started again. had to be towed. second time same thing happened while approaching an intersection and trying to make a left turn. car was towed again. | |||
