| Re: tomberlin lsv (low speed vehicle), model e2le, 2010 model. problem: the seat belt (which is required equipment for street use) is not usable because it is too short. dealer is unresponsive concerning any correction. note: i had to specify an auto mfgr. and model to complete this complaint. there is not other way to complete the complaint. therefore the auto mfgr. and model given later in this complaint is not correct. the correct mfgr. is tomberlin who makes street legal golf carts and is not shown in your list. *tr | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2009 acura mdx. the contact stated that the seat belt that hangs from the ceiling to the middle seat became wrapped around the child's neck. the child was unable to breath properly. the child was seated in the rear driver's side seat. the vehicle has not been inspected to determine the cause of the failure. the vin was unknown. the failure and current mileages were 10,000. | |||
