| The contact owns a 1999 acura tl. as she pulled into a parking lot the front axle broke. it fell to the ground and the front passenger wheel hit the hub and damaged the tires. the vehicle was towed to her home. the dealer was contacted and informed of the failure who stated the vehicle was not on recall and she would have to pay for the repairs to the vehicle. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 148,000.....mw | |||
