Was driving on wet parkway & started to apply abs brakes slowly, the abs brakes failed to catch & vehicle hydroplaned. it hit an embankment & then spun around. driver sustained severe injuries & was hospitalized. air bags deployed upon impact. vehicle totaled . only had 500 miles on it. *ak | |||

When applying the brake from 50 mph or more in an emergency or sudden stop situation vehicle shook severely out of control. vehicle was taken to the dealer 10 times or more. dealer continuously turned the front rotors or replaced them every 10,000 - 12,000 miles. dealer was unable to give reason for this condition. *ak *ts | |||

Vehicle would accelerate due to gas & brake pedals too close when one or the other is in use. if foot not on brake pedal correctly it would unintentionally cause sudden acceleration in vehicle. has happened twice. took to dealership & mechanic could not find cause & indicated no mechanic problem.*ak master cylinder was replaced because of air found in the system. *yh | |||
