| While using the tire jack that came with the vehicle to lift it up off the ground and change a defective tire, it snapped. the car fell on the bricks we had set under the frame as backup. to correct the failure we stopped using the tire jack that came with the vehicle. after inspecting the jack we noticed that the plastic part of it was defective. this defect poses a serious personal injury issue for someone using these jacks without a backup. *jb | |||

| According to the vehicle tire sticker on the driver's door the tire pressure should be 46-psi per tire. the dealer technician stated that the maximum air pressure should be 44 psi per tire. when the consumer contacted the manufacturer they asked the consumer to ignore the sticker and inflate 34 psi air pressure per tire. seeking nhtsa help in this matter. *ak *scc *jb | |||
