| I am driving a manual 6 gear audi tt roadster 2001. in 2008, approx 2 months after i bought it used i shifted gear and all of a sudden held the shift in my hand, it had cleanly broken off the gear box. the lever was fixed and it cost me about 600.- to have that part repaired. | |||

| Instrument cluster seems to be defective. in the uk, there has been a recall, not here in the us. (others have complained on online forums and at the dealership, four others have the problem and instrument panels are on order). i have a perfectly maintained vehicle and now the instrument panel (including the gauge and computer) are giving me wrong information. the get fuel indicator on the computer comes on at over 1/4 a tank and the fuel gauge seems to be off. *tr | |||
