	Bowman (odi) received a (approx 200 page) binder containing complaint history, legal filings, and various supporting technical information pertaining to a 2006 model year beaver monterey, ventura iv. rather than load this volume of data to the public file, bowman prepared this voq on behalf of the owner and will provide a redacted copy of the contents of the entire binder if requested. owner reports that he encountered a severe 'bump steer' condition which jerked the steering wheel out of hand control for the driver while owner was conducting a right turn off the highway onto a smooth slightly up hill drive. owner states his intention in notifying nhtsa of his complaint was to pre-alert and thereby assist other owners of similar vehicles of the alleged bump-steer condition who might not otherwise be aware to the issue.

	Night driving is very hard due to a glare across the massive window. upon trying to make a left turn the glare is very blinding. consumer has ran off the road several times trying to make a left turn. ak the consumer indicated that it is impossible to see out of the driver's side window while driving at night. the window acts as a mirror reflecting all light entering the passenger side of the vehicle. nm
