| Tl*the contact owns a 2004 big bear venom choppers. the contact received a recall notice on february 25, 2008 for nhtsa campaign id number 08v129000 (structure). on april 14, 2008, the manufacturer verified that the vehicle was indeed included in the recall. despite that there had been no failure to date, the manufacturer informed the contact not to operate the vehicle. he called the manufacturer to schedule an authorized repair date and they stated that he would need to deliver the vehicle, tow it back, and repaint it at his own expense. the vehicle has not been repaired. the vin was unknown. | |||
