Tl-the contact owns a 2003 bmw 325i. the contact stated that when depressing the brakes it would make a grinding noise. the brake sensor light never illuminated to warn the driver that the pads needed to be replaced. the vehicle was then inspected by a dealer and they advised him that the brakes and the rotors had failed but they weren't sure why the brake sensor light never illuminated. they were still investigating the failure. the failure and current mileages were approximately 84,000. tb
