| Consumer states a serious design flaw and safety issue in bmw 328i *tgw the consumer stated the electronic key suddenly stopped working. the physical key opened the drivers side only as designed. there was no way to get the passengers side door or the doors on the rear to open. the consumer stated there were three occupants in the vehicle and everyone had to exit through the drivers side. the vehicle was taken to the dealership and the problem was fixed. *jb | |||

| Bmw 328i has no spare tire. the consumer also stated that bmw told him that he had run flat tires on the vehicle and he could only drive fifty miles on the tires before they are no longer good. *kb after paying for the vehicle, the consumer learned the vehicle didn't come with a spare tire; but instead the vehicle had run flat tires. the consumer stated he hasn't read anything good about run flat tires. the consumer stated he can only travel 50 miles with the run flat tires and the tires can't be patched. a new tire would have to be purchased. also, he was informed he couldn't put conventional tires on the rims and if he replaced the tires and rims, the warranty would be voided. *jb | |||
