| Tl*the contact owns a 2008 bmw 328xi. while driving various speeds, the exterior side view mirrors rotated without being manipulated. the vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the failure could not be duplicated. the side view mirrors continued to fail and caused the contact to lose visibility in the rear of the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for a second inspection and it was determined that the seat control module was failing. the vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred the following day. the contact is in the process of taking the vehicle to a different bmw dealer for inspection. the failure mileage was 14,000 and current mileage was 18,000. | |||
