| Tl. the contact owns a2009 bmw 528. the contact stated while the vehicle was stopped in the garage the brake pedal went to the floor causing the vehicle to move forward and crash into the wall. no one was injured during the crash. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and the manufacturer sent a tech to the dealer. the tech from the manufacturer could not find a problem with the vehicle. the vehicle is currently at the dealer. the contact stated this could have caused a serious injury. the failure mileage was 15,200. jo | |||
