 Tl-the contact owns a 2011 bmw 535i. the contact stated that after attempting to start the vehiclem it failed to start. the vehicle was towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the remote control key was defective which caused a discharge in the battery. the contact went to retrieve her vehicle and the vehicle would not start. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer who decided to remedy the failure by replacing the key. the failure recurred 2 months later. the vehicle went back to the dealer and they advised her that the key battery failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired by re charging the battery in the key. approximately 2 months after the 2nd failure it re occurred. the vehicle was towed back to the dealer and has been there since. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. the failure mileage was approximately 3,100. the current mileage was approximately 18,000. pmb

 Tl-the contact owns a 2011 bmw 535i. the contact stated that she went to start the vehicle and it would not start. the dealer was contacted and they came and towed the vehicle the same day. after diagnosis they advised her that it was due to the remote control key had a failure which caused a discharge in the battery. the contact went to retrieve her vehicle and the vehicle would not start. the vehicle was held at the dealer for approximately 1 week. the vehicle was repaired by the contact getting a new key. the failure re occurred 2 months later. the vehicle went back to the dealer and they advised her that the key battery failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired by re charging the battery in the key. approximately 2 months after the 2nd failure it re occurred. the vehicle was towed back to the dealer and has been there since. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. the failure mileage was approximately 3,100. the current mileage was approximately 18,000. tb
