Tl-the contact owns a 2009 bmw 750li. while the vehicle was parked the contact stated his wife right middle fingers got caught in the passenger side door. the contact stated the door closed automatically. he stated his wife had to go the the emergency room for her injury. the contact stated she was x-rayed and treatment. he also stated she lost her fingernail. the vehicle had not been taken to the dealer for the failure. on another occasion both his daughters fingers got caught in the rear passenger side door and both sought medical attention. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the failure and he was advised per the manufacturer that the door could cause an injury. the contact stated he filed a complaint last year with the manufacture. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure mileage was 3,000 and the current mileage was 15,800. vwb | |||
