| The failed component was the parking light relay, bmw part #61-31-1-378-052 - the failure manifested itself by the parking lights (front and rear) failing intermittantly for a number of months until problem diagnosed - caused a concern for safety, especially from the rear at night. from bmw internet web sites, this is a very common failure on their cars. | |||
