 There is an open recall for this vehicle regarding suspension problems which my vehicle does not fall under due to vin specifications.although my vehicle has experienced the same problems.bmw refuses to acknowledge recall for rear suspension problems.my vehicle has been inoperable for over 5 months due to the defect.i need immediate help.

 Tl* the contact owns a 2006 bmw 750li. the contact stated that the vehicle was parked when he noticed that it was sitting very low. a few hours later, the contact noticed that the vehicle was again raised to its normal position. the contact also stated that the vehicle was equipped with an air suspension system. the failure recurred on an intermittent basis. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not included in the recall associated with nhtsa campaign id number 06v277000 (suspension:rear:shock absorber). the vehicle was not taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. the failure mileage was 90,000. the vin was unavailable.

SUSPENSION - FRONT - MACPHERSON STRUT

 Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle was inspected, by the service dealer, after a blowout on the driver side. the dealer determined the passenger strut was bent and needed to be replaced. the dealer further determined the strut damage may have been caused by a road hazard, however the vehicle never hit any object in the roadway.
