	After filling up tank, consumer could smell gas, so he bent down to check underneath and saw gasoline rapidly dripping, consumer is concerned that the replacement gas tank uses the same material as the faulty tank. (bmw 323 ci) yh sunroof is binding. motor failed. replaced sunroof motor. tt

	This is the second rear drive failure, lost oil in rear, burnt bearing. after speaking with several more lt owmer's, this has been a re-occurring problem with the lt in general. it is also a sfafety hazard as oil tends to leak all over the rear tire and rear brak pads of the motorcycle when the failure occurrs. more info on rear failure can be obtained at the following web site: www.k1200lt.net ts

	If consumer wears a size 12 shoe or larger, when foot is flush against accelerator pedal, then top of shoe rubs up against panel above pedal, thereby inhibiting the movement of foot to the brake. *ak
