 Email from congressman kind on behalf of constituent, re outstanding recalls on his bmw. *smd the consumer stated he was trying to finance a used vehicle. he asked bmw of north america on three different occasions were there any outstanding recalls on the vehicle. the consumer stated bmw refused to answer the question.
