| I was traveling west on an interstate for about 10 miles when a slight vibration started which at first thought was the road then i slowed down and the shaking got violent.i stopped the motorcycle and saw a large lump in the front tire 1 inch high 8 inches long. i slowly went down the exit ramp and the tire burst and i was towed to the nearest dealer and had the tire replaced the nearest dealer was 200 miles away bmw of tampa they had the blown tire and may still have it. the dealer said he never saw a tire separation in all his experience on a motorcycle tire. the tire had 10000 miles on it about 1 year old with substantial tread left. the tire is a conti attack 120-70-17 mortocycle tire | |||
