| Driving on i-95 southbound when i experienced a catastrophic tread separation to my driver's side rear tire. i was able to get my vehicle to the side of the road and signal help. fortunately, i escaped this failure uninjured. | |||

| Right front firestone tire blew out while driving, firestone dealer replaced the tire free of charge, upon furher inspection the consumer found one of the rims was bent, the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was determined that all four rims were bent, the consumer belives this is what may have caused the blowout (firestone, 440 p205/70115). | |||
