| Tl- the contact owns a 2011 buick enclave. the contact stated the accelerator pedal got stuck and the brake did not respond. the contact had to place the vehicle in neutral and hit a cement barrier in order to get the vehicle to stop. the physical damage was repaired on the vehicle, but the contact was told by the dealer that they could not find the failure that would have caused the sudden acceleration. the failure mileage was 2,000 and the current mileage was 2,700.rl | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2011 buick enclave. the contact stated that while driving at any speed with the cruise control engaged, the vehicle would fluctuate between driving 5 mph faster or 4 mph slower than the intended speed. while driving uphill, the vehicle would drive approximately 4 mph slower than the intended speed. while driving downhill, the vehicle would drive approximately 5 mph faster than the intended speed. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed the vehicle was operating as intended. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 750. the vin was unavailable. sm. | |||
