| Tl- the contact owns a 2006 buick lacroose cxl. the contact attempted to unlock the vehicle to enter, by using the key fob with the unlock button indicator, when he noticed that the door remained locked. eventually, he was able to get in. he then drove about 100 feet and attempted to exit the vehicle, when he noticed that the both front driver and passenger side doors remained locked. the contact was forced to exit the vehicle by climbing into the back seat and exiting from the rear passenger door. both the dealer and manufacturer was unable to duplicate a failure; however, they replaced the driver side meganisum but did not have the parts to repair the passenger side and the contact was awaiting the parts to arrive. the current and failure mileages were 66,000. bw | |||
