 Tl*the contact owns a 2010 buick lacrosse. the contact stated that the head rest on the front passenger seat was too big and when he looked to his right it would block his vision. the vehicle was not inspected by a dealer nor was it repaired. the dealer was aware of the failure and advised him that they could not change it. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 1,045.

 Tl-the contact owns 2010 buick lacrosse. the contact stated another vehicle pull in front of her vehicle and a rock flew and hit the windshield. the windshield broke into little pieces on the passenger side. the contact stated the windshield was made out of plain glass. the insurance company replaced the windshield at no cost to her. the manufacturer was not contacted. the failure mileage was 14,000....mw

 Tl-the contact owns 2010 buick lacrosse. the contact stated the rear defroster has malfunctioned while driving at 30 mph. this has occurred three times and has effected the contacts visions while driving and may cause a crash. the contact took the vehicle to dealer each time and the dealer performed remedies under the tsb # pic 5308c (tsb not available). none of the repairs have remedied the issue. the contact stated the manufacturer know of this problem and the manufacturer stated this is a design defect that needs to be recalled. the failure mileage was 5600. jo

 Tl - the contact owns a 2010 buick lacrosse. the contact stated that while driving and lowering the back windows there was a very loud noise. he mentioned the noised was so loud it could bust your ear drums. the vehicle was taken to dealer a they were unable to diagnosed the failure. they advised not to lower the windows. the manufacturer was contacted and they did not have any complaints about this specific failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileage was 3,400. pm

 Tl- the contact owns 2010 buick lacrosse. the contact stated the rear window defrost has failed. the dealer disconnected the battery and rebutted the computer, but this only temporarily corrected the failure. the contact took the vehicle back to the dealer and the vehicle is currently with the dealer now being checked for possible electrical problems. the failure mileage and current mileages was 2558.rl

 Tl* the contact owns a 2010 buick lacrosse. while driving he noticed that the side mirrors have a large blind spot. also the seat belt connector latch was located too low inside of the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact was informed that the problems could not be serviced. the current and failure mileages were 400.
