Defect SummaryThe driver side headlamp lens has an incorrect aim pad number on the lens. this does not comply with fmvss no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.
Consequence SummaryConsequence of non-compliance: if these head lamps are re-aimed using a mechanical aiming device that utilizes the aiming pad numers, the resultant aim would be out of the specified range. this may cause a visibility problem increasing the potential for a vehicle accident.
Corrective SummaryDealers will replace the driver side headlamp on vehicles with the correct outboard lower pad number.

Turn signal indicator lights on instrument panel too dim to see in normal daylight. during moderate turn the signals will not cancel and confuses other drivers. has caused several near misses. should be easy for factory to increase wattage on the panel lamps.

1995 buick lesabre with repeated intermittent headlamp failure in the past 8 months. excessive brake/rotor replacements with minimal miles in between. buick will run diagnostics at $88.00 per hour. can run to $1,000 and may still not find the problem. had an initial recall on the brakes. like the car or wouldn't still have it. wish i could count on the headlights at night. *jb

The vehicle had no parking lights or headlights due to a failed lamp control module. please describe further. *ph the second failure, the vehicle cut off. the first and third failure the lights wouldn't come on or go off. after the third failure and two failed batteries, the consumer learned of a recall. the dealership then stated the vehicle wasn't part of the recall. the consumer found this to be coincidental being as though her vehicle had experienced the same defect as stated in the recall. *ph also the rear seat belt did not pull out. *jb
I'm against hid headlights. they are too blinding and i believe they should be banned. please forward my complaint to the correct dept. thank you. *ak
