Pulling back the smart stick to change head beams from lo to hi requires effort that many not be enough so ... the hi beam becomes a passing hi beam. once achieved to hi beam and released, a second pull back of the smart stick and releasing may turn off both hi & lo beams altogether! so pull back the 'smart stick' a second time and release. always works the second attempt. *tr
