Tl-the contact owns a 2010 buick lucerne. while driving approximately 65 mph with the cruise control engaged he began to drive up a hill. while driving up the hill the vehicle accelerated beyond what the cruise control was set to. upon reaching the top of the hill the speed of the vehicle dropped back down to the intended speed. the failure recurred intermittently so the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on 3 occasions where he was informed the vehicle was operating as normal. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 4,100 and the current mileage was 6,100. sm.
