 While driving with the cruise control engaged, the vehicle started steering itself. when the brakes were applied, the abs locked up. the consumer lost control of the vehicle and impacted a guard rail. *ak the vehicle spun around and backed into the guard rail. the vehicle then turned around and faced the other side of the road. the air bag(s) did not deploy and the seat belts did not restrain the consumer. *scc *jb
 Driver's side lap and shoulder belt does not retract into the housing mechanism, cause unknown. dealer has replaced the seat belts seven times with no corection to the problem. please give any further details. *ak
