EXTERIOR LIGHTING - TURN SIGNAL - FLASHER UNIT

The left turn signal failed to work reliably. eventually, it did not work at all. car was serviced by two dealers under warrenty. it took four vists to resolve the problem. a control computer was replaced. apparently this repair caused my airbag warning light to shine. at this time i do not know if my air bags will work in a crash or if they will go off unexpectedly. car manual states that either scenario may occur. dealer service technician states that it will not deploy unexpectedly.
