| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 graco child restraint seat (na) manufactured on 05/06/2006 with model number 7b00bda inside of her 2004 buick rendezvous. the handle of the infant carrier became loose while transporting the child to the vehicle. as a consequence, the handle broke, the infant fell onto the cement surface which caused injury to the infant's forehead. the ambulance transported the child to the hospital. the infant was secured by a convertible child restraint seat; however, the failure occurred outside of the vehicle. the vin was not available. the contact was in the process of notifying the manufacturer. | |||
