 Tl-the contact owns a 2003 cadillac cts. the contact stated whenever the vehicle sits for a day it will not start. she has to continually get a jump start. the vehicle was taken to the dealer at least three times who stated it was the battery. a new battery was installed but the vehicle continued to not start. the contact also complained that the trunk of the vehicle was too heavy to stay up each time she has to open it. the trunk had fallen on to her head but there were no injuries. the manufacturer was contacted who stated there are no recalls and offered no other assistance. the failure mileage was 90,100....mw

 Tl- the contact owns a 2003 cadillac cts. the contact stated that in december 2009 she was going home at a slow speed and noticed she didn't have any brakes. she got the vehicle home and had the brakes repaired at her own expense. there is a nhtsa recall notice in effect, nhtsa campaign id number: 10v105000. she is currently trying to get reimbursed for the brake failure repairs. she also stated she has air bag issues. the plastic containment module for the air bags protrudes outward and is a safety concern. the dealer stated that failure was not under warranty and repair would be at her expense. the radio only gets one channel. also, the moon roof makes a groaning noise and opens itself when the vehicle is turned off. the failure mileage was approximately 30,000. ther current mileage is approximately 42,000. rd
