| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 cadillac cts. the contact stated that she can drive countless miles with the emergency brake engaged. the vehicle has been to the dealer six times. the fuel gauge displays inaccurate readings on the instrument panel and was taken to the dealer three times for this failure. she has to keep a quarter tank of gas in her tank or else the vehicle will shut off. in addition, the radio changes stations automatically. the current mileage was 2,776 and failure mileage was 35. | |||

| 2006 cadillac cts rear differential froze up- locking rear brakes while driving. *tr *updated 12/12/07 *bf the consumer stated heard some squealing noise in which he stated might be the emergency brake. the consumer stated towed to dealer and rear differential assembly replaced. the consumer stated gm tried to rectify the situation by offering 12 months free oil change and tire rotation and inspection, however the consumer declined. updated 12/12/07 *tr | |||
