| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 cadillac cts. the vehicle has b.f. goodrich touring t/a tires. while driving over 40 mph, the vehicle shook uncontrollably. the dealer stated that the tires were defective, cuffed, and threaded. the tires were replaced, but the vehicle continued to shake at speeds over 45 mph. on a separate occasion, the dealer rearranged the tires, performed an alignment, and a balance; however, the failure persisted. the manufacturer stated that they could not assist because the contact had not maintained regular maintenance on her tires. she planned to purchase four new tires in hopes that it would remedy the failure. the tires were the original tires on the vehicle at the time of purchase. the tire size was unknown. the failure and current mileages were less than 46,736. | |||
