| Tl- the contact owns a 2002 cadillac deville. the contact stated that he he noticed when there was a quarter of a tank of gas the fuel gauge would start to move to the full marking. the vehicle had not been diagnosed at that time. however the contact was made aware of a recall under nhtsa campaign id number: 03v238000 (fuel system, gasoline:storage:tank assembly). the manufacturer was notified but stated the vehicle was not part of the recall. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure and current mileages were 103,000. dt | |||
