| Tl-the contact owns a 2004 cadillac deville. the contact stated that the rear passenger side window fell down into the door panel. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who replaced the window regulator. one week later, the exact failure occurred on the driver side window. the manufacturer was notified who advised that there were e no recalls for the failure and offered no further assistance. the failure mileage was 55,000. kmj | |||
