 The consumer's vehicle experienced the same problem as stated in recall#93v088000, fuel line, however the dealer refused to repair, because the vehicle identification number was not included in the recall. *jb when attempted to start the vehicle, there was a loud explosion and a large cloud of white smoke had come from the engine. the dealer stated that the vehicle had blown the manifold with pieces of fragments under the hood. the dealer refused to cover the cost. *ssc
