| Tl-the contact owns a 1997 cadillac eldorado touring. while driving approximately 65 mph the traction control system illuminated on the dashboard. he stated the abs system also illuminated shortly afterward and the vehicle jerked. the vehicle slowed down to 15 mph and he coasted to the side of road. he then shut the vehicle off and waited a few seconds and turned the vehicle on again. as he was getting back on the highway the failure happen again. the vehicle was taken the dealer and the dealer advised him that the failure could possibly be a corroded traction control system sensors or a abs system sensor. the contact stated he shut the traction control system off via his glove box. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure mileage was 34,800 and the approximate current mileage was 35,200. vwb | |||
