| 2006 cadillac srx 5door the problem that i am reporting is that the front r and front l side turning / lane changing light/indicators do not illuminate for purpose of turning/ lane changing indications. if neighboring lane vehicle is beyond the rear tail light indicator, that side traveling vehicle has no way of knowing the cadillacs's directional intentions. the lack of knowing the cadillacs directional intentions shall result in highway /expressway collisions! this is more particularly dangerous to the cadillacs neighbor lane vehicle especially if it is in the cadillacs blind spot. the factory marketed front side light, amber/orange in color, just comes on for marker lamp only. this marker light does not blink or flash to prevent a possible deadly crash!!! for a factory recall, it would be cost efficient to reroute small segment of body illumination harness, verses the nightmare of highway crash deaths and the endless lawsuits........ | |||

| At random the blinker and electrical system fail in my 2006 cadillac srx v6 awd. i was driving and turned on the blinker to make a turn and the blinker did not sound and did not function. this problem does not happen regularly it is a 1 in a 100. i have had my cadillac in to a cadillac dealer multiple times to have this corrected and i fear that more cars may have this problem and an accident may occur. at times where the blinker fails the radio also may skip stations. *tr | |||
