| While traveling with my 5th wheel -2009 39' cedar creek i had all four of the original tires fail catastrophically in a period of two days and approx 600 miles. the tires were 3 years old with approximately 7000 miles on them. these were g load tires on a dual axle trailer weighing around 13,500 lbs. 12,500 tare weight. your form does not contain load boss chinese manufacture tires. the tires were properly inflated, and the temperature did not exceed 95 degrees. the tires were sl285r/16 the information entered for tires is incorrect as it is the only thing available to continue. also the model no if the cedar creek rv is incorrect as it is the only one available on you form. it should be the 39'5srd | |||
