 Dt*: the contact stated the buckle system gets stuck when trying to release the infant from the child safety seat and would not unlatch. the car seat was a convertible seat with a lap over belt to secure the infant passenger. the contact called and said they received a copy of the complaint by postal mail, but the name used in the mailing had the wrongt first name gerald instead of jared, so the contact returne dit to the postmaster. realizing what it was the contact returned to the postmaster nd requested the letter due to incorrect name, but the postmaster refused to release it back to the c ontact. the contct requested an additional copy of the complaint be sent to them with correct first name. *ak
