| Headlights are too bright in lowest setting. headlights are blinding to other consumers. reason he knew this was that he was continually flashed by other vehicles to turn bright lights off when they were in lowest setting, followed by other drivers yelling about his headlights, and other unpleasantries. please provide any additional information/attachments.*ak | |||
