| Turn on the radio, which is in a navigation system. crackling sounds begin to be heard through the bose speakers after a few minutes and continue even after radio is turned off. sound does not stop until key is in the off position and i exit the vehicle. the problem started infrequently, but now occurs every time i turn on the radio or navigation system. i took it to the dealer while it was still under warranty, but they stated no codes were showing on the computer. after doing some research on the internet and speaking to mechanics, i found that the radio is not connected to the computer system, but is independent. after speaking with the agency, they asked me to bring in the vehicle to re-evaluate the problem. i will drop off the vehicle on monday, march 15, 2010. *tr | |||
