| Evenflo model # 2091e8p1, consumer's vehicle was hit on the driver's side by another vehicle while driving on the highway. the child safety seat fell on the floorboard and both harness clips on the back of the car seat came apart. the 8 month old infant was ejected from the child safety seat and fell onto the medium. the infant sustained eye injuries because the infant landed on his face. the consumer felt because the infant was wearing a lot of layered clothing other injuries or death was prevented. *ak the child seat had come off the base, fell to the floor and the clip that held the strap tight for adjustments in the back cracked. *sc *jb | |||
