	Tl-the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet aveo. a child got tangled in the drivers side rear seat belt and the seat belt would not loosen. the contact stated that the more he tried to loosen the belt the tighter it got until he cut the seat belt loose with a knife. the vehicle was taken to an authorized and was in the process of having the seat belt replaced. the vehicle was not diagnosed for the cause of the failure. the failure mileage and current mileages were 20,026. sm.
