The master control switch on driver side went out at the same time my front & rear vents stop working. i couldn't control any windows, mirrors, door locks, interior lights, etc. the heat/air/vent quit blowing out front & rear at the exact same time. we had vents (for air) fixed first. a dealership stated that the wires had burnt into. on june 5, 2012 we finally raised the $315.54 to fix the one problem. the control switch burn out also at the same time & will cost $463.45 to fix the control switch. i see this is an ongoing problem with several 2006 trailblazers (you can't order an aftermarket switch due to it has to be programmed through the dealer which charges $84.24 to whoever replaces it (even them at the dealership) after you purchase the switch. we live on disability (fixed income) and it takes several months to save for even one problem. *tr | |||
