| Windshield wipers are constantly going off and on. you can just barely touch wiper motor when it is stopped again and it will start working again only to stop again later. the dealer knows it is the same problem that the recall covered about the wipers on these models but they said my vin excluded my truck. what should i do?*ak | |||
