 Re various defects on 2000 chevrolet camaro. *bf when the consumer's son started the vehicle and turned the wheel he noticed that the top part of the steering wheel had separated from the bottom half. the vehicle was repaired under warranty. the lock assembly fell out of the driver's door twice. the park lamps and lens had to be replaced because they were leaking. the mirror on the driver's side malfunctioned. *nm

 The steering wheel broke while pulling out of a parking space. the vehicle was towed to the dealer for repairs. *jb the consumer stated that the steering wheel snapped at the t bar. it was held together with duct tape. the dealer allowed the consumers son to drive home with the broken steering wheel because it was not under warranty. the lock fell out of the driver side door. parking lights and lens leaking. *tc

 When headlights are on, and vehicle reaches speeds of 50 mph and more headlights will start to flicker. contacted dealer, and the dealer stated that there was nothing they could do because they could not dupicate problem during day when they test drove vehicle. *ak consumer states asr button is extremely hot and the driver side brake light shorts out. *slc

 The vehicle experienced problems with the front end pulling to the right, even when you turn to the left there was no response causing the vehicle to veer off the road and hit utilities and an embankment, consumer injured neck/ back, and chest . also 3 days prior to this accident the traction control system failed while driving 40 (in a 55 zone) while raining, consumer went into a skid and ran off the road but there was no property damage. headlights have repeatedly dimmed/flickered when applying brakes or coming up steep hills since the purchase of this car. *ak

 Headlights flash on and off everytime consumer drives vehicle. dealership has not been able to determine cause of defect. please provide any additional information/attachments.*ak

 There is no specific event that can be tied to this problem. the front indicator housings however have both cracked on two separate occasions. the consequence has been the failure of the indicator system. this has led to the replacement of first the right front indicator housing and now the left front. *ak
