 Drivers seat will unexpectedly move along seat tracks after being locked into position. dealerhsip has examined vehicle and could not reproduce the problem, while consumers son was driving at 10 mph on october 29, 2001, drivers seat slid forward, resulting in a crash due to loss of control. dealership has not examined vehicle after second incident.*ak consumer also stated ash trid separated from console.*slc
SEATS - FRONT ASSEMBLY - HEAD RESTRAINT
 The design of the integrated headrests are unsafe, the top of this headrest only comes to the base of consumer's neck, if consumer was involved in an accident there would be no support. *slc
