| Within a month of purchasing a new 2007 chevy cobalt - i began hearing rattling noises from my vehicle. i have had the car in for repairs numerous times. multiple components have been replaced and or repaired. i currently have 15,000 miles on the vehicle - to this day i can still hear rattling noises and clunking noise coming from the steering-suspension. the mechanics have now told me they don't know what's wrong and suggested i try a different dealership. i have contacted chevy and received no help in settling this issue. if chevy would of had their return policy when i purchased - i would of gladly returned the vehicle - i make car payments on a lemon. i don't even like my daughter to ride in the vehicle for fear of her safety. i fear i will be driving down the road the front end will fall apart. it scares me to death. *tr | |||

| Tl*-the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet cobalt. while driving approximately 25 mph on normal road conditions and proceeding into a left turn there was difficulty steering the vehicle. unexpectedly, the vehicle pulled to the right unexpectedly. the vehicle uncontrollably swayed off the road. the driver inspected the vehicle and resumed operation with caution. there were no warning light indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnostic tests. the technician was unable to duplicate the failure. the manufacturer was notified of the malfunction. the vehicle has not been repaired. the contact had concern of the safety risk involved. the failure and current mileages were 40,833. updated 05/26/09 *bf the consumer also stated the warning sound indicator workes intermittently. udated 05/28/09.*jb | |||

| No incidents have happen, but i noticed my six year old sitting in his booster seat in the back seat of the sedan ls and the shoulder belt covers over his neck and chin area, there is no way to adjust it?? and he is even tall for his age, have you had any other complaints?? and if not maybe someone could look in to it ?? we just bought this 2007 chevy co bolt ls. *jb | |||
