My back window in my car blew out for no reason at all. on both sides where the heat sensors are the glass is completely gone. the day this happened i had my defroster on and this is when it happened. i immediately called the dealership where i bought the vehicle and was told it wasn't there problem since i had over 10,000 miles on my car. i explained to them how it happened and still no positive response. i called the police and he found no signs of foul play and said to me it looked like a defective window my concern is that if it happens again with kids in the back seat someone can get hurt. i have pictures to show where the glass is completely gone from both sides where the heat sensors are. *tr
